Chances are, when Thanksgiving rolls around, you’ll know which foods you’ll be serving because they’ve become family favorites. But do you know which wines you’ll be pouring? This food-focused Fall holiday can be taken to the next level with the proper pairing of wine to food. So noted wine expert David King will lead this Saturday morning class that will feature a selection of 5 to 7 wines, chosen specifically to match-up with classic Thanksgiving foods, ranging from soup to nuts. Come prepared to sip, smell, slurp, chew and choose! You'll also have the option to order any of the wines we pour, at a 10% discount. Cost is $40 per person, so come by or call us at 830.214.6471 with a CC# to reserve your spot.

Saturday, November 19  1-3 p.m.
Beaujolais Nouveau is a purple-pink wine reflecting its youth, bottled only 6-8 weeks after harvest. The method of production means that there are very few tannins, and the wine frequently offers notes of banana, grape, strawberry, fig and pear. Served chilled (around 55 degrees), Beaujolais Nouveau is intended for immediate drinking. So why not join us for the opportunity to sample all the Beaujolais we can get our hands on? No need to reserve a spot – just come on in and sample. Wine expert David King will be on hand to chat about the various options, and of course, reminding everyone that BN goes great with turkey!!
Saturday, December 3     3-4ish p.m.
Let the festivities begin! Christmas parties, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.... there are lots of opportunities to serve a lovely sparkling wine this time of year (and Valentine's Day isn't that far off either!). But how do you know if you prefer champagne, cava, prosecco or even a slightly fizzy moscato? Or perhaps just a nice French bubbly that's not from the Champagne region? And what about sparkling Rosé? We'll be pouring a variety of bubbly for you and your classmates to try - and will have other goodies on hand that are great "go-withs." Class is $40 per person, and to join us, call us at 830.214.6471 with a CC#. All participants will be offered a chance to order any wines we pour for a 10% discount
