We start from curd stage, and everyone makes 1.25 pounds of mozzarella to take home. We'll open the doors 15 minutes early if you'd like to come early and purchase a mimosa, cold beer, coffee, etc. to have for class.
Just a few notes: mozzarella-making can be messy, so we encourage you to bring an apron (we have some disposables if you need) and wear closed-toe shoes. Most also prefer to have their hair pulled back. In addition, this is a stand-up class; if you may need a chair to lean against, let us know before your arrival so we can get you set up in the best position.
